














Sky Blue Studios is an innovative and sustainability-first media and studio facility in Coventry, West Midlands focused on the film, TV and immersive media production sector. Repurposing the former IKEA superstore, this unique building offers 550,000 sq ft across 6 floors of studio, location and production space with onsite parking and excellent eco-credentials.
The concept is simple – a central home for sustainable creativity during Coventry’s most important year, a legacy that will position the city at the centre of creativity, innovation and inward investment in one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK, creative content production.
Sky Blue Studios is located on the western edge of Coventry City Centre and is easily accessible via the inner-city ring road (A4053) and the A45 (Coventry bypass). Coventry city is located 20 miles (32 km) east of Birmingham, 25 miles (40 km) south-west of Leicester and 90 miles (120 km) north-west of London. Coventry has one of the best infrastructures for EV charging points with 34 points across the City and is well connected by train with regular intercity links to London, Birmingham and Manchester, journey time to Birmingham New Street of 20 minutes, and London Euston in 1 hour.
